What I Saw Over Santa Fe, 8x24
This is a series of four small paintings that capture a mysterious and awe-inspiring moment witnessed at dusk in the skies above Santa Fe; later shared to be the presence of an ancient serpent guardian of water and thunderstorms, revered by Indigenous peoples of the Southwest since time immemorial. Through expressive forms and layered movement, this intimate painting, spread across four canvases, evokes the immense power and sacred resonance of this sky-being, offering reverence without interpretation inviting you into a space of wonder and humility, a visual homage to a timeless mystery.
