Your heart’s desire Is more than a wish on the wind, but a deep yearning, wanting to be expressed. Dare to give it life, to speak it aloud with your breath. Release it out onto the wind, let it take flight, alight on a breeze. Send it off through the cosmos so your guides will hear what’s in your heart, that secret desire. Let them help you to make it come alive.
The breath is sacred. As we breathe, we feel the connection to everything. When focused we can feel our bodies within and without, our soul finding expression through this simple, grounding moment. What desires do you hold deep within? Can you speak them aloud, send them out onto the wind, giving them life, breathing them into being?
